Hi doctor, my question is related to hepatitis b condition. My dad s brother passed away on Jan 16 as he had hepatitis b and cancer and he had passed the virus to my dad as his hbsag test conducted on Feb 16 result shows reactive. Could you please help me by letting me know how can this be cured and would this be acute or chronic stage. Will my dad get back to normal life. Is there any diet to be followed. Doctors have taken blood samples for further test on DNA, would like to know what is this all about. Will this state be critical. Please need your advice.
