Suggest Treatment For Rectal And Abdominal Pain With Blood In Stool

I ve had blood in my stools, along with abdominal & rectal pain, for the last few years. Because of family history of cancer I m afraid to see the doctor..I had a colonosocopy done 15 years ago..and found it extremely painful and invasive. Is there any other way of testing?

most common cause of blood in stools is constipation
so change your dietary habits with fibre rich food and plenty of oral fluids
capsule endoscopy is away of finding any anomalies in your intestine
It is painless. A capsule should be swallowed and this records the images of your intestine and it will be passed in your faeces
Consult a Gastro-enterologist for better details
Hope this cleared your doubts..
