i am patient of sentinel pile . there is regular bleeding . doctors say it is fissure | these days I am taking trifalaa guggul and arshoghnee batee an ayurvedic medicine . I met dr, seth a homeopath in delhi doctor of sir gangaaraam hospital . he said it is sentinel pile . I am also patient of cronic constipetion .

take sitzbath. and bland diet. drink more water and fiber rich diet. can take cremafin at bedtime. can take husk of is of gul soaked in water. i can not comment on Ayurveda or homeopathy. if you are improving in any medicine then you can very wel try. nturopathy can be tried. in allopathy ultimate method is surgery or cryosurgery.
