Suggest Treatment For Recto Urethral Fistula

Now I m 31 years old. I had a recto urethral fistula from my birth. Due to that i was getting frequent urine infection. By taking antibiotics i was also temporariliy curring this. Later at the age of 28, i did a surgery and permanantly curred this. After this no urine infection. However, i feel due to this im having male impotence. I do not get sufficient sieman or sperms. I only get few drops of siemen when masturbating. How can i cure this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should visit a urologist surgeon to examine your urethra with contrast and cystoscopy. I think probably something happened during procedure possibly tightening epidydimitimus which let's a very reduced spermatozoids flow. A surgeon examination is needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
