Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Aches In Lower Legs

I just woke up with horrible aching in my lower left leg. Aching gone now, but for about 10 minutes could not move leg without ache. It woke me up out of a sound sleep. Never had this happen before... except for leg cramps from time to time. Fairly active, on feet 8 hours a day on concrete floor. Mow lawn, and help husband with various home remodeling (exterior) jobs. No ache or pain at this time. Now ten minutes past episode.

Hello madam, welcome to medical care magic.
Definetely it is again muscle spasm which you had felt. you dint fell down anywhere which indicates your bone is absolutely fine. if that area is still paining when you press, then just spray painkiller(analgesic) or apply painkiller ointment. Nothing to worry. With this I hope I cleared your doubts. Any further doubts you are always welcome. Take care. Good health
