Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having fistula since long time, so first contact general surgeon for examination and proctoscopy....

Depending on condition of fistula and after examination you can discuss your surgical treatment with surgeon....

Fistulotomy, advancement flap cover, fibrin glue infection etc are some procedures...

Meanwhile avoid excess spicy foods...

Stool softener can be prescribed here

Avoid straining at stool and drink more water...

Take care

Consult surgeon for examination and further work up
