Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Back Pain
I was looking for an alternative to drug therapy for my back pain, which is caused by arthritis that has formed in my disc from a accident 20 teRs ago. I saw a back tradition device in my search but cannot find that site again. Gravity is my worst enemy. Epidural so do not work and surgery is dangerous...could leave me paralyzed. I think traction might work. Do you know the device I mention?

There are several options of treatment for back pain.
I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.
I also recommend doing stretching exercises.
