Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Currently you are suffering from itchy vagina, blisters on anus and yellow discharge.
These features are suggestive of infection.
Associated fever, cold and flu symptoms are also likely to be due to infection.
A high vaginal swab needs to be taken for micro-biological examination.
The discharge can also be examined to look for any micro-organism.
The micro-biological examination should be followed by drug sensitivity to select the most appropriate antibiotic.
Unprotected sex should be avoided till the infection is controlled and symptoms of infection - itching, itchiness disappear.
The blisters on anus could be due to infection and they will disappear once antibiotics are started.
However, currently there is no appearance of Bartholin's cyst.
In case, it re-appears you will need to consult your gynecologist.
Antibiotic treatment and marsupilization are treatment of choice for Bartholin's cyst.

Thanks and take care
