Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Is it polyp?? papillary carcinoma or transitional cell carcinoma?? Prognosis depends upon the stage of the disease and lymph node involvement or adjacent structures involvement.

If it is cancer confirmed means treated with chemotherapy drugs, radiotherapy and follow up cystoscopy scans. Please consult your oncologist, he will diagnose the stage and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
