Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Bladder Infections, Fever And Bloating

Hi my name is Jessie I am 29 yr old female. I have been suffering from bladder infections since childhood. At 8 I had a sugery to lengthen the urethra since then I have suffered from Cronin infections. As an adult they have been treated as bladder infections but the new research I do the more it looks like I have been having kidney infections. I recently had a bad kidney infection with 104 fever. After finishing the course of meds my pain continued as well as not being able to pee much at all. I have had some bleeding when urinating, bloating, fetigue and lots of pain in my sides and back. I went back in to the er in hopes of some further text being done. They check for bladder infection and sent me home. What should I ask next time I have to go to the er? I am waiting for my apt with the urologist I am just worried I won t be able to wait 2 more weeks.
