Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain recurring blisters inside the mouth that burst and recur can be due to viral infection leading
fluid filled blisters caused by
Herpes Simplex Virus.
Secondly it can also be due to apthous
stomatitis or canker sores..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like Oral Swab Culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
Do warm saline gargle..
Avoid spicy and hard foods and take soft and bland diet..
In case if viral infection is diagnosed anti-viral medication like
Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc can be advised..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
