Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i have been in the hospital for 2 weeks now and still have no clue what is wrong with me. I had 12 bumps come up all over my body that looked like staff spots but tested negative for staff or mrsa. I have been cut on and they drained all and cleaned them but is still not sure what THEY are. I have gotten 6 new spots since I have been in the hospital. can maybe you help me out
Since you are in the hospital, I am sure the medical as well as the surgical management must be going on well. Request your doctors to have histopathology of the cuts from the wounds, blood and pus culture and sensitivity test to give better idea about the diagnosis. All clinical diagnosis needs to be confirmed by supportive investigations so that a proper management can be done.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
