Hello,
A high
white blood cell count might be a sign of an underlying medical condition like UTI,
kidney dysfunction, thyroid problem, severe emotional stress,
malnutrition. It can also be indicative of
bone marrow disease, injury, immune system disorder, etc. You are advised to get your daughter clinically examined by a GP, get required blood tests, repeat
urinalysis (R/E and C/S), imaging tests, etc., done. Her treatment will depend on the pathology diagnosed and on the severity of the symptoms. Get her admitted in a hospital so that she can be well taken care of and so that treatment can be started at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
