Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Implantation Failure

Dear Doctor,I will try to be as short as possible.I am 41 years old from Bulgaria.Recently I underwent IVF and the result was negative.2 perfect embryos but no implantation. My doctors had no explanation and I don|t know what to do.Do you think I should test my NK cells? Can they be the reason for my lack of implantation?Do you think I should take aspirin right after the embryo transfer? Are there any tests I should do?Thank you in advance

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Duphaston is a progesterone-like hormone that helps replace progesterone deficiency.
It helps have more regular cycles but not directly conception.
You can have it even after you get pregnant to help support the pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
