General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history about developing lumps recurrently on leg without any history of injury, they are painful and itchy, can be seen through trousers and foot keeps going cold.
This history indicates the causes as follows:
There is a condition called pyoderma wherein one gets multiple raised lumps as you have discussed and they can get converted into pustules or abscess.
There can be allergic reaction to something.
Insect bites.
Hence I would advise you the following:
First of all get your blood sugar and CBC checked.
Consult a Dermatologist or a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to know the cause.
If there is any evidence of an infection then you will need a course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication.
Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine on affected area and dress with sterile gauze or so.
Take multivitamins with mineral as these do help in healing.
If pus is present it can be sent for culture and sensitivity so that an appropriate management can be changed as per the reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
