Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Rash On The Face

I ve had a facial rash on and off for a few weeks. At first it was beat red, but then will fade and return. The largest area are under eyes/cheeks, with some puffiness in one area. All areas affected are dry and a little itchy. There is nothing on the bridge of my nose - otherwise it appears similar to a butterfly rash (worse on right). I also have 3 small areas on my neck, and one small spot by my mouth, and 2 evenly spaced areas at the start of my inner eyelids.
