Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Sciatica
I have been diagnosed with sciatica which keeps reappearing a few weeks after completing a series of Prednisone and tizanidine tablets. Should I continue to get the same prescription over and over or is there some other treatment that could be more permanent.

You can consider adding physiotherapy for now to see if this helps. If there is significant improvement then you may be able to at least the use of the Prednisone medicine.
Using the muscle relaxant is fine and you can use pain medication as needed.
