Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Sickness And Diarrhoea

Hi I am suffering with sickness and diarrhea that keeps coming back every few months. At first I put it down to a bug as a doctor has said the same but now not so sure and previously been ill for a week and not been able to eat. I m feeling to ill to get to docs any advice what would help me please?

Change the water you drink. Avoid outside foods, especially unhygienically cooked or uncooked food items. Try to make your meals at home, properly washed, properly and hygienically cooked.

Don't go excessively on trips as it will pose risk of contaminated water and unhygienic food to eat.

If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Rifaximin antibiotics, if not allergic to, and Ofcourse a follow-up after a week. Plus take Omeprazole and Imodium by mouth.

If you think nothing seems working, you should consult a Gastroentrologist right away.
