Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Toe Infections

My Daughter had a very bad bacterial toe infection 2 1/2 months ago, she has had recurrent infections since and has taken five courses of antibiotics. Her toe is still slightly red and the toe nail has now started to fall off. since her toe infection she has suffered recurrent facial rashes, hives and swollen eyes. Doctors keep diagnosing eczema however the rash usually comes up overnight and tends to start when her toe becomes infected. Please help, any advice would be great
