I saw a doctor for a UTI three months ago and was prescribed Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for seven days. I realize now that I should have finished the course, but I only took one day's worth of the antibiotics then. I have just started feeling the symptoms of a UTI again and I'm wondering if the remaining 6 day's worth of medicine will treat it effectively? The one that I had before felt more severe and than the one I'm experiencing currently and I sought treatment much later. I cannot afford to go to a doctor, so if the medicine that I have left will be sufficient it would be VERY helpful.
