Suggest Treatment For Recurring Abdominal Pain Caused After Ablation
Every month I have severe abdominal pain that last approx. 4 days. I had an ablation done a few years ago and no longer have periods. i am guessing this pain is during my period. I am beyond bloated and can t even handle the pressure of taking a step. The only small relief I have is when laying on my back. Laying on my side is unbearable. My stomache actually feels bruised to the touch. I also have trouble having a bowl movement and it feels like I have a slight UTI during that time. After about 4 days it just seems to go away.
The recurrent pain in the lower abdomen can be from various possible conditions as a pelvic inflammatory condition, intestine colic, ureter calculus or so many other issues.
Though primary relief with analgesic as diclofenac or antispasmodic as dicyclomine may be of initial benefit, I would quote to undergo an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for the definite diagnosis and further care in accordance to that only.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
