Suggest Treatment For Recurring Back Ache With Constipation And Nausea
I ve been having back pain for a while now mostly on the right underneath my rib cage by my shoulder blade. It comes and goes makes me tired feel constipated feel like I have to puke and a dry cough along with a headache. Sometimes cold hands and feet. I know now something is wrong but I m worried cause I m a single. Mom. I m going to the doctors tmr. Does this sound bad?? I can t sleep . Scared to do that to? Plz help me with the best advice thank you.
Ma'am this could have to do with a possible gastric condition like ulcers, etc. I would recommend avoiding smoking, alcohol, spicy oily fried and fatty food, avoid stress, avoid overeating, lose weight if you are overweight, eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger meals and drink plenty of water. Use antacids like ranitidine, omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc; to see if they help suppress your symptoms.
Best wishes
