Suggest Treatment For Recurring Lower Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination

Hi, i am having left lower abdominal pain which goes upto my left back.i also have painful and frequent urination.it has been 5 months since I started having this burning and stabbing type of pain.I was engaged in sexual intercourse before this happened.I did urine , blood test and also ultra sound.everything turned out negative.What shall I do?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurring lower abdominal pain and frequent urination. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like UTI, kidney infection or kidney stone .I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , urine test or kidney function test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend laproscopic surgery . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take proper rest . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem or gastroenterologist for gastric problem as pancreatitis and appendicitis can also cause such symptoms .
