Suggest Treatment For Recurring Migraines, Sleep Disorder And Uterine Fibroids
Hi I am 49 year old lady having fibroids. I was on cyclical hormonal treatment which ensured regularity of periods. I have a genetic history of migraine and do not have a normal sleep of more than 4 hours. My daily medicines incude Zolefresh 10, Tryptomer 25 mg and naxdom when I have a bad migraine.I do have mood swings. Pls advise.
Migraines are very disturbing and it has huge effect on one’s life. I totally understand what you are going through. My advice to you is, continue taking the medicines your doctor has prescribed along with that meditation and regular exercising can help with the sleep issues.
Uterine firboids are primarily treated with oral medicines. As you are in the menopausal age, your doctor will monitor your progress with medicines. If there is no improvement then other options of management will be discussed by your doctor. Make sure you do the regular follow ups.
Hope this helps. Feel free to contact for any further queries in the future.
