Hi,

The treatment of the anti-phospholipid syndrome is tough and the chances of miscarriages are high, especially in your first trimester. I would recommend you to consult your gynecologist and rheumatologist, they will start your treatment and that will include low dose steroids and immuno-suppressants that will control the disease and this the chances of pregnancy may be raised.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
