Hi Dear,

welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query recurring mouth ulcers in children occurs because of a condition called recurrent Herpetic Gingivostoamtitis which is a viral infection and it occurs due to poor immunity of child. some time it could be due to deficiency of multivitamins specially vitamin B complex in diet. I would suggest you to start using topical steroids such as triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% 3- 4 times daily with he help of cotton. Use topical anesthetics as well. Take antiviral drugs such as Acyclovir to prevent further exaggeration of symptoms. Use antiseptic mouthwash. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing. Avoid hot spicy sharp food substances. drink plenty of fluids. Take nutritious diet rich in multivitamins. Your symptoms will resolve in one week.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
