Suggest Treatment For Recurring Rash On Neck And Chest

I seem to have a recurring rash on the front of my neck/chest and was wondering what it might be. I have a lot of sinus drainage, ear infection, and wheezing now but got this rash originally about a month ago and it is here again. I thought it was a necklace that I used to wear but haven t worn it now in over a month. I just noticed the rash again this morning. my dad and my step sister both have/had lupus so I wondered if that might have anything to do with it or it might be strepp throat related?

Please provide a detail history of case and if possible send a picture of affected area so that diagnosis can be made and on the basis of which most possible medicine can be selected and your problem can be successfully treated

Ars iod 3x 4 pills twice in day
