General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a fungal infection. Fungal infection is common in areas which are wet.
Your doctor has given right drugs so continue to take them. Please understand that it takes time to get the infection under control.
Keep the area clean and dry. Fungal infections are known to occur repeatedly. So its better to complete the treatment. Do wash your under garments regularly.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
