General & Family Physician 's  Response
as you are suffering from recurrent ring worm infections it is better to make sure that you are not suffering from any immunosuppresive conditions such as diabetic mellitus. so better to do a fasing blood sugar to make sure that you are not suffering from diabetics. as it is not responding to creams you may have to take an oral anti fungal drug such as ketokonazole or fluconazole. it is better if you can get the opinion of a dermatologist as he can arrange necessary investigations and treatment for you.
