Hello,
You have pain in the left knee and thigh. You have history of having been done complete
hysterectomy. Exercise is beneficial for circulation, it helps to prevent cramping muscles. Stay active throughout the day.
Dehydration also causes
muscle cramps. Make sure you’re drinking at least 1.5 liters of fluid daily, which can be made up of liquids like water, sugar-free cordials, teas and soups.
Take a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit, lean protein, whole grains, nuts seeds, etc. Supplement your diet with
magnesium and other minerals. You can take naproxen or
Combiflam, one SOS to get relief. Gentle massage may help. You can get clinically examined by an Orthopedics and get all required blood workouts, tests and investigations done to detect OA, RA or any other pathology that may be causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
