Suggest Treatment For Recurring Skin Rashes

My husband has been dealing with a skin rash issue that has been occurring since may. He first was treated for maybe poison ivy or something he came in contact with in the yard. He was given anti biotic and prednisone. It cleared up but a few days after the meds stopped he started breaking out again. Now he is breaking out in blisters that turn to rash. He has break out from his head to his toes.

Madam before answering your question I have some additional query
1.Where do you live?Because some disease are prevalent in some specific area, especially some zoonotic diseases(by mouse, flies, mites etc)
2.what is the nature of the rash?is it itchy?is it associated with fever?
are the blisters painful and itchy?is their any cough?
3.Do your husband have any underlying medical condition like diabetes, hematological malignancy etc.?

Treatment suggestions are as follows
1.Take antibiotic like co-amoxyclav(625) three times a day for 5 days and doxycycline(100) for 10 days.
acyclovir(400) thrice a day for seven days can be tried if it is confirmed as chicken pox.
2.Take levocetrizine for itching.
3.Use topical emollient cream,it will be helpful
4.take ranitidine (150) before breakfast at empty stomach.
5.test for blood sugar,liver function,complete blood count,esr.do a chest xray.
a picture of the rash will be very helpful.
thank you
