For the stye you can use "Neomycin eye ointment" and any anti-inflammatory drugs can be tried (Depends how old are you) for other pain this would work also, if this is blurry vision and shortness of breath at the time of walking then hemodynamic system (Cardio vascular system ) need to examined, along with this better to get done the hemoglobin test, hope this information helps.
