Suggest Treatment For Recurring Swelling In My Left Nostril

I have a recurring swelling in my left nostril that goes away completely then returns about every two to three weeks. My left eye also becomes slightly watery once the swelling develops in and around the septum. This condition occurs only on the left nostril and eye and never on the right. The area of my nostril effected is the area close to the exterior of the nose not deep inside the nose. After about a week of this condition, the nostril swelling and pain including the eye watering disappears to only return again and again. I have been a smokeless tobacco user (Copenhagen snuff) for about forty (40) years.

Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor will examine physivally and with nasal endoscopy .
