Suggest Treatment For Recurring Thyroglossal Ducts

I have a recurring thyroglossal ducts it very small. I am taking 4 of 12.5 Iodoral every day, I eat lots of sea veggies , drink greenmagma 3 times a day eat lots of green veggie and fruit . I am a raw foodist. I take many supplements exercise 4 days a week. I have a sluggish thyroid. What do I need to do about this?

Good day.
Thyroglossal cyst develops from the remnants of embryonic thyroid cells in neck. This can get infected and enlarged in some people. Food supplements do not really make much difference in this situation. It may be worthwhile to do the surgery. For an underactive thyroid, you must optimize your iodine intake in food ( seafood and iodized salt) and reduce veggies like cabbage and cauliflower/radish etc. If the Thyroid blood tests are abnormal,you may also require to take Thyroxine supplements
