Suggest Treatment For Red And Hot Welt On The Arm

Son has a large, red, hot to touch welt on arm. Also has a fever of 101.8 (taken underneath arm) and is complaining of a headache, mild sore throat and a mild stomach ache. Seems lethargic. I ve given him some Tylenol, but should I take him to the ER as well?

There is a possibility that it is a streptococcal infection which should not be neglected as it could get fatal. Please take the child to the ER and get examination done which will clinch the diagnosis following a couple of microbiology tests.
