Suggest Treatment For Red And Itchy Bumps On The Vagina

i have red bumps that are sometimes itchy on the top of my vaginia. it sorta looks like a bunch of aunt bites maybe razor burn sorta but it was under my hair before i shaved so i know its not razor burn. i recently had pityriasis rosea on my torso if that helps anything.

I understand your concern
Red and itchy lump could be due to hair follicle infection, infected sebaceous gland, cyst and vesicle.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist.
Clinical examination is must for the diagnosis.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Apply mupirocin ointment
Apply vagisil cream
Warm pad application and take frequent hot bath
Wear pure cotton loose inner and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Further treatment depend on the cause and clinical examination.
