Suggest Treatment For Red And Itchy Rash Underneath The Penis
I have an itchy red rash underneath penis , when I scratch the region it turns bright red and the itchiness intensifies. Botttom of penis gets sticky and the look of bottom of penis is glossy compared to top of penis. This is in the foreskin region , bottom of penis, Please help , it s been about 3 months with this condition . Any ointments I can buy and what is this ? Is it contagious ?

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of the symptoms of itching of the penis area is fungal infection if I would be the doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Miconazole cream and Loratadine tablet three times in day, it may be something else beside the fungal infection if this is so then local steroid preparation can be tried like Beclomethasone cream hope this information helps.
