General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that its nodulocystic acne that you are referring to. Still, a picture would have helped more. Tretinoin cream (always should have it in consultation with your local doctor because of its strict use and side effects) and the kojic acid application would help. an antibiotic to treat infection in acne is also required.
You can revert back to me for further Consultation and a medical prescription if you want.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
