Suggest Treatment For Red Blotchy Rash On The Lower Legs

I have a red blotchy rash on my lower legs. Both L and R . It is not on the outside of my skin.It will go away after a few days. I My feet and lower legs are tingly and numb. I have Sciaticia since Feb. 1, 2015. I have discs that are compressed, bulging, stenocis and at times very much pain. I need to get off my feet to relieve the pain.

Hi,

You should get it reviewed by a rheumatologist to rule out any vasculitis rash associated with inflammatory arthritis causing sciatic nerve compression etc too and MRi or lumbar spine may also be needed as well as baseline autoimmune disorders work up. Meanwhile OTC analgesic like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alongside Gabapentin can be helpful.
