Suggest Treatment For Red Boil On The Scrotum

Hi, I had a red boil on scrortum and has been hurting a lot since last night. Any cream that I could apply or any other medicine that I should take to first get relief from the pain and then removing the book. The adjoining area around the boil has swollen and the skin has become hard along with excruciatingly painful.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Boil is due to bacterial infection, most commonly by staphylococcus.
Examination by general surgeon will help in the diagnosis.
Doctor will give following advises:
Local application of the bacitracin/neomycin gel
Tablet ampiclav
Table diclofenac three times a day
Tablet rantac before meal
Warm pad application.
Once it become soft, unresponsive boil can be removed by excision.
Wear pure cotton loose inner
Avoid sweats in affected area.
Do not pop up the boil and maintain proper hygiene and sanitaion.
