Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
It started with a few small red bumps on my breasts and now there are many different size red bumps under & around my breasts in-between them and a few spots on my stomach. It seems to be spreading. They do not itch, there is no white or dry areas. I ve been putting cortisone on the areas and baby powder a few times. It is a little sensitive and irritating. I m worried it s more than a heat rash or something. Are there any symptoms I should be aware of to signify it s something I should see a dermatologist for?
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
