I have a 3 month old baby and everything is going as well as could be expected. Recently he s had small red bumps under the uncircumcised skin. Seems almost as if the bumps are further back than the foreskin can be pulled back. Not sure if it s clumped up baby powder or some other cause of these small bumps. They to be non-painful and I ve heard that regular bathing can help remove these. Any information would help greatly.
