Hey, i have recently found a tiny red dot in the corner of my eye on my lacrimal caruncle. To be able to see the dot, i have to pull down my bottom eyelid to make the lacrimal caruncle visible and it has only just appeared. My eye has also been itchy recently but i assumed it would be related to hay fever and the red dot appeared after the itchiness.
