Can understand your concern..
As per your complain and explanation of symptoms the red and grey white patches with the history chewing pan masala indicates that you are suffering from Erythroleukoplakia which is a Pre cancerous condition and is characterized by areas showing excessive keratin formation (hyperkeratotic) and atrophic (eroded) areas..
I would suggest you to consult an oral pathologist and get evaluated and the doctor will do a clinical evaluation and
biopsy in which he will scrap the lesion and remove the cells and do a microscopic examination..
In case if the diagnosis is confirmed as Speckled leukoplakia the treatment is done by take Anti oxidants like
lycopene, intake of
Retinoids which are precursors of

If not recovered Surgical removal of the lesion can be done by an Oral surgeon..
You should strictly stop taking all kinds of tobacco and betel nuts and quit on
smoking and drinking if you do..
Take a healthy and high nutrition diet.
Immediately get the treatment started as Speckled leukoplakia has a high chances of conversion into cancer..
