I have broken out in a red itchy and bumpy rash on my chest a couple times before. It would last for a few days and then go away. Just recently it happened again but it then spread really quickly all over my body, mostly on my arms and legs... the one on my chest is smaller bumps and its very red, the one on my legs and arms are larger almost white bumps that are EXTREMELY itchy. No idea what this is caused by but I am terrified because it keeps coming back and getting worse. I've been to my doctor and the hospital, I have taken reactine to help with the itching but nothing is helping. I am afraid because it keeps spreading. I also have red ltitle bumpy rashes around my nose and a bit on my chin, not sure if they are related.. Any idea what this is??
