Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Patches Under Breasts & Genital Hairs
Hello Dr.
I m 19. I have seen red patch under breasts and i m irritated by red rashed,chafed genetal area.its my mairage aftr 4 days and i m so much worried to remove genetal hairs. i tested Vjohn's hair removal rerulted burn blood red skin. please suggest me how to cure and remove hairs fast. please.

Inflammed, dry scaly skin in the groin area, suggests to me that it could be due to fungal infection over there (Tinea cruris).
I would ask you get a KOH wet mount from the scale, for a confirmatory diagnosis.
If KOH wet mount shows fungal elements, then you could apply a topical OTC antifungal cream e.g clotrimazole cream, twice daily for 4-6 weeks.
An oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg once weekly for 4-6 weeks is also advisable for a confirmed fungal infection.
An OTC antihistamine e,g cetrizine 10mg once daily would help you in providing symptomatic relief from itching.
