Hi. I have a red, itchy rash on my lower leg that has been there for at least 3 months. It has small raised, silverly looking bumps. It seems to get worse after bathing and the sun makes it much worse also. I tried cortisone cream which didn't help. My MD has me using a cream that is combo a steroid/antifungal. That too is not not helping. Any ideas on what I can do for this rash? It covers almost my entire left shin and is very unsightly and aggravating!
