Suggest Treatment For Red Painful Bumps On The Ear

Bump/ cyst painful both ear tips. Red and painful . Have had basal cell and MOHS surgery last August . See the dermotologist in a few weeks. But the pain here, it s crazy especially the left. I can t lay on either side of my head. Lost a lot of sleep since the left one has gotten MUCH bigger in a month

I really appreciate your concern, lesion could be due to ear piercing else it may not be bilateral it can be managed with antibiotic if this is infection some time may need surgery in case of hypergranulation may need surgical opinion hope this information helps.
