Hi,
Tests ANA, anti-dsdna, CRP, once done are helpful to diagnose
lupus as it has genetic association, but presentation of SLE is not seasonal. It's more like allergic manifestation in your case, a multiplex immunoblot assay test can diagnose,
interleukin 17 levels,
biopsy of lesion can tell if it is
eczema as it presents also similar.
As you explained then treatment can prescribed or use 0.5 % tacrolimus ointment if these goes it more likely eczema (immunity should be make strong eat more antioxidants like amla,
aloe vera, lemon, oranges, basil etc., fruits, steam vegetables, juices. In your case it's breathing exercises. Immunologist can be consulted for it.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
