I woke this morning with splotches of reddish raised rash on my face evenly placed on both sides of my face and neck cheek area,chin area and a bit on my neck. they also itch. I haven t eaten or touched anything unusual nore eaten anything different. Any thoughts

Splotches of reddish raised rashes are due to virus ,human Papilloma;called facial warts in medical terminology.
I would like to advise you to take vitamin A derivative for topical use.
You can also use garlic juice topically.Avoid Soap and towel.
